  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

We offer fast and discreet delivery to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (may vary by region and customs clearance)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

The label will display only essential shipping details — keeping your purchase completely confidential.


4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order. Trippyverse is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you realize there’s an error, contact our support team immediately. We’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

In rare cases, shipments may be delayed or lost during transit.

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our team.

  • If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors first.

Trippyverse is not responsible for packages seized or delayed by customs authorities.


8. Damaged Items During Shipping

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your Trippy Flip Chocolate Bar or any other item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damaged product.
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit after review.
