1. Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are edible and perishable, we are unable to accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons once your order has been shipped or delivered.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, we’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund after verification.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • You must provide a clear photo or video showing the issue.

  • The product must be unused and unopened in its original packaging (if applicable).


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or consumed edibles

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling

  • Items purchased through unauthorized resellers


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or different from what you ordered, please email us at Info@trippyverse.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the packaging and item(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or refund within 3–5 business days.


4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued using your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If your refund has been approved but not received within this timeframe, please contact your bank first, then email us for further assistance.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, email Info@trippyverseofficial.com with your order number and subject line: “Order Cancellation Request.”


6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please:

  • Verify the shipping address you provided.

  • Check with your neighbors or local post office.

If the package cannot be located, contact us at Info@trippyverseofficial.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you. While we are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or theft, we always aim to help resolve the situation fairly.
